We can't land today on the moon - according to nasa..
We can't reverse engineer the technology to read any of the telemetry, apparently, and we just don't have the technology nowadays to get there again.
The amount of times that this happens in history, when ground breaking new technology just get 'undiscovered'.
Oh, that's right it's never happened before - expect in the small issue of leaving the planet of course..

BUT...why would we NEED to reverse engineer the technology? There are plans to make it.

Pretty sure we landed on the Moon, but more sure NASA did a lot of propagandizing and photoshopping. Dunno why, but for at least one reason (there are many potential reasons I cannot estimate the relevance of) NASA has not been entirely forthright. Maybe to spawn the controversy?

Couple of things of possible interest to you @everittdmickey. Go to 32.03 of Bart Sibrel's film HERE. It appears to show the Apollo astronauts in low Earth orbit (when they should have been half way to the moon) faking 'distant images' of the Earth. As yet, NASA have made no comment on this footage.
I see you have shared some images of the alleged lunar module landing site. However pixel analysis (watch the first couple of minutes HERE ) of these images demonstrate that, if the scale given by NASA is correct, the module shown is roughly 4 times the size of the alleged lander (over 100ft in diameter.)
It would be nice to be able to examine the original footage and telemetry data of the moon landing but, unfortunately, NASA have lost or 'taped over' the only original evidence of mankind's greatest ever achievement.
On balance, I'm not convinced man landed on the Moon during the Apollo missions. Though I fully acknowledge this is a contentious view.

Look, there's so much wrong with the moon landings it's difficult to know where to start. The batteries on the moon car (I mean come on! Let's take a car to the moon???? Are you shitting me?) wouldn't have worked (or fitted in the LIM;) the photos of the alleged landing site are shit, just look at the photos from any decent earth satellite, why aren't they as clear as that?
Then you've got the fact that the moon is about 250,000 miles away. Other than Apollo, in 1969, with technology that couldn't microwave a hot dog, a total of 12 men proceeded to walk on the moon. Since then a total of none at all have been anywhere near it. The furthest they've managed is about 160 miles. Somewhat of a discrepancy there?
Then you've got the fact that, since the Apollo missions, the U.S/Europeans have sent about 30 orbiters to the Moon and China/Russia/India and the rest have sent about 60. More than half of these unmanned missions have failed. Yet, when Janice Joplin was wailing to the heaven's , 6/7 manned flights successfully traveled to the moon, landed and came home safely? Yeah right?!
Then you've got the provably faked photos; the total loss and destruction of all the original telemetry data (a bit like bulldozing the Pyramids;) the bizarre statements and presentations of the astronauts; Grisham's "it's a lemon" quote and his rapid demise.
Then you've got all the astronauts and engineers talking about the difficulty of traversing the Van-Allen belts, you've got engineers saying they've 'forgotten' the technology and then we discover that NASA have 'taped over' all the original TV footage.
The only evidence I've got to the contrary is some grainy TV footage that looks like an original episode of Mr.Ed (originals completely destroyed of course,) some museum pieces (which mean diddly squat) and a fable oft promoted by the believers.
Forgive me, but I've decided it's all abject nonsense.

There are some known Ham radio operators who attest to having picked up signals from Apollo (Paul Wilson, Richard Knadle, Larry Baysinger, Sven Grahn), but none of them can attest to having tracked these probes either to the moon or back. Neither do NASA.
Grahn for example only testifies to having picked up signals from Apollo 17 when it was in earth orbit. Baysinger only received communications from Apollo 11 during the alleged moonwalk. Wilson & Knadle received signals from a diversity of Apollo missions, but again only when the crafts were in alleged lunar orbit – an exception being Apollo 15 in which they received a handful of signals on the alleged flight home, though these were automated transmissions, no human voices were recorded.
However, as early as 1946 the U.S Navy had already set up Earth-Moon-Earth (EME) transmissions using the moon as a radio wave, reflecting satellite. Presumably this would have been an essential part of any attempted hoax. Of course Baysinger believed he was receiving transmission from the moon, as did everyone else (with a few notable exception.) Though logically this could also have been continuation of Operation Moon Bounce (or similar). So his evidence, though seemingly compelling, doesn't 'prove' anything and the alleged moonwalk remains highly questionable. I have highlighted some of the reasons I personally don't believe it.
I note that you haven't commented on NASA's released footage of the Apollo 11 astronauts faking images of a distant Earth, while clearly in low Earth orbit, on 18th - 20th July 1969 when Apollo 11 should have been between 140 - 200,000 miles from Earth. You will note the non existent transmission lag in their communications. There's no lag, because they were in low Earth orbit.
So, in regard to your claims about Baysinger's recordings, your logical fallacy for the day is False Cause.
