My aim with this section of my blog is to share with you everything I know about nutrition and training to be healthy and looking good. Hello everybody and welcome to Live healthy = Look Good! As you may imagine, we are going to talk about ‘diet’.
What’s the meaning of diet?
Diet is everything a person consumes, both food and drinks, on a daily basis, this means that technically we are all on a diet, but obviously we know what people refer to when saying to go on a diet: deprivation and restrictions.
The important point is what kind of diet one is following.
We will certainly go through some of the most popular diets in future articles, most likely once I have explained the basics of macro nutrients to you, so that you can better understand what these diets are about, and so we will need to develop the necessary knowledge, which will start from the next article.
