On diet but you feel like you got stuck!!!
You have been on a diet for a while but you find yourself trying to lose those last few pounds. So your body may resist losing the remaining weight, especially if you're overdoing it by eating too few calories or working out like crazy. This was what helped me along with my diet to see the results.
A glass of grapefruit juice with 3 spoons of apple cider vinegar , It can also be with pineapple juice or orange juice.
I drink it before every meal. You have to have discipline and patience, at least in two weeks, it's not magic. After this you will see big results and the award for all your efforts.
