Day 914 or something before going back to Switzerland
Sunday was Fondue day with the Cheese team.
The fondue was a french recipe called fondue savoyarde. It is composed of 4 different kind of cheese:
- Beaufort
- Comté
- Tomme de Savoie
- Reblochon
It was awesome.
For this kind of recipe you have to bring back ingredients from France, there is no way you can find them in Bangalore. That's make it even more special to eat.
