Das mündet in der Frage, zu welchem Termin er seine Statistik abschließt und Ist ein Autor, der um 23:00 Uhr publiziert, nicht im Nachteil gegenüber einem Autoren, der bereits um 06:00 UTC veröffentlicht hat? Verzerrt nicht der Zeitfaktor das Ranking?
Er schreibt das STEEM im Titel seiner Publikation gesperrt, wie die Währung. Da er STEEM aber nicht auswertet, außer den SBD Betrag von Beiträgen weiterzugeben, kann eigentlich nur der Steem gemeint sein. Data collection is automated on php. but before December it wasnt ways to post to blockchain from php. I made lib @php-node-client and now i can, but i still did not do automated posting and rewards, i need more libs for this) i working under it.

There is a fuzzy nomenclature in your title, by meaning. STEEM is the writing of the Coin. Steem is the writing of the blockchain. Steemit is the Condenser of the Steemit Inc., New York.
Thank's. The question was: How do you compensate the time for collecting votes between an article published at 08:00 o'clock and another published at 22:00 o'clock? I can't imagine, how to wipe the published time factor regarding the votes. Maybe this question is a block in my head.

If you want to do an author's statistics, with equal chance for every competitor, you must wait to the end of the 7-days period. In the period from 00:00 up to 23:00 all your statistic matter must have got a payout. Even if you don't use the amount of the payout for your maths', you are using the amount of votes. It's a key–number for the aggregation of your rankings. At least, a Top of the Pop should be equal by conditions.

Indeed, in this case you have a real statistic problem. The intention to promote is quite right. So you are forced to catch a post at it's beginning. And you know already a lot about the success of an author's past. So you have build in a filter of expectation, already?

Respectively on long term you just might be right. The time of posting, when people like to post regularly six o'clock in the morning is a clear advantage to the other's, posting in the evening.
The presumption of the income of voices is just a feeling, no law, no mesurement and in real for every author a total different reality. I gather voices at least for 3 days. And what 's up with the Articles published at 23:30? There are a lot of presumption in your mesurement and the filter of expectation can be a factor, regulating all the unsharpness of the not fixed presumptions, like all voices would come in the first hour. It is maybe a factor, including the approx of voices, normally comes in for one author.
I can tell you my feeling, that the most of my voices are coming in within 3 days.
