Deadpool Takes Over MegaCon 2018
Working title: "Deadpool Takes Over Anime, Video Games, Musicians, Artists, Dinosaurs, and More at MegaCon 2018"Wade Wilson has worn over the hearts and threads of many geeks this weekend. You go to enough conventions you realize that Star Wars, Spider-Man, maybe Green Lantern, Venom symbiote, and a few other things end up being common themes to use for mashup costumes. While there was definitely plenty of straight up awesome exact Deadpool cosplay or Deadpool variants from the comics themselves, I believe he might have also been the most used cosplay mixer. Here is just a sampling of some of the Deadpools from all four days of MegaCon 2018 starting first with a photo of a Saturday morning prayer session:

All these deadpool look amazing! I always love the crossover Deadpools and that T-rex has to be one of my favourites so far <3
I like the Deadpool cowboy the best. Did you go to any cons right after Suicide Squad came out? I was at one in Ohio and we counted somewhere near 30 different girls dressed as the suicide squad version of Harley Quinn...and sadly not a single one dressed as the Bruce Timm version from the cartoons.
Funny you mention that, I definitely did and that has pretty much phased out and I am seeing a ton more of just the original Timm Harley out there (and no joke the geek that I am I always make sure to let the cosplayer know how awesome it is to see the original out and about).
