白蚁 (Termite) produced the beat he called, "We Don't Die We Multiply" for his Worldwide Cypher Jam [ ROUND 36 ] ... Zig got bit by the bug and added a bunch of tracks, wailing electric guitar and looping percussive synthetic sound from his SIDnth 8 bit box, then added music visualization to the video stream. This tune and music video arrived at this present incarnation on 31 May, 2018.
Zig met 白蚁 (Termite) about a month before this recording, on a decentralized social media platform, Discord/Steemit. All things considered, the theme of this tune refers to the present state of world communications, whether they be through a centralized platform or distributed platforms. Decentralized platforms with their cryptocurrency incentives for posting, like true Free Market Capitalism itself, are a threat to the status quo, regulatory-captured, central banking and communications corporate feudal state. So in referencing the classical myth of Heracles and the Hydra, a slight departure from tradition in this present allusion is that, to those of us wishing for equality of opportunity, peace, freedom, justice, prosperity, and privacy, Heracles, in this instance, is not the hero ...
About a month ago, 白蚁 Termite ( @termitemusic ) met Zig ( @onemedia ) on the SMA - RADIO Discord channel during a podcast that creates an environment conducive to collaboration among the musical presenters there, often resulting in this phenomenon presented here.
