This was a great day to get out on my bicycle and spend a hour and 47 minutes. While it was only 37degrees, it felt warmer than that. The weather cooperated for me so I had a great time.

I am having some trouble with the shifting on my Speciallzed Sirrus again. I got it back from the LBS where they replaced the chain and cassette and it has given me trouble ever since. Honestly, I am a bit perturbed as I write this.

One of the podcasts I listened to today was a naturopathic program. Not sure I will continue with this one.

I give my YouTube vlogs the main title of "Fitness Over 50." It is my goal to build a community of like minded riders whose purpose is to get and stay active and fit into their senior years. At 59, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with:
-Regular cycling,
-Frequent resistance training and
-Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating
are the main elements to my fitness plan.
