Yeah man, almost 240 miles and they keep expanding it up toward the Kansas City area to now include the Rock Island Spur which is another 47 miles or so. You need to check it out sometime as it is pretty easy riding being a rail trail. Mostly flat honestly and some nice views.
Yes it's been really hot, but it felt good to get out and sweat a bit honestly. Most of what I was riding was tree covered which made the ride more pleasant. Also had a nice breeze even though it was 95 degrees.
I have heard such good things about this trail. I want to cycle it sometime. What is it, ~230 miles?

I can see why you love it. If it's not too hot tomorrow I'd like to get back out into nature and take a hike.

Wow !! What a beautiful sight and more beautiful to ride it by bicycle, it is always good to enjoy nature when we have it so close
