👓Creative ways to channel depression

Depression is a disease that many people suffer around the world. It affects both physically and mentally, and may trigger desires to get away from our family, friends, school or work. Depression can also cause anxiety, loss of sleep, loss of appetite and lack of interest in doing different activities. However, there are several ways to channel depression and live healthily. Know them!

Express yourself

We know it seems trite, but it is the best way to channel depression. This does not mean that it should only be during a conversation with someone, you can do it through music, poems, photographs; everything that helps you to express yourself in the best way.

Eat well

Healthy mind Healthy Body? Sometimes it's the other way around, a well-nourished body, with the necessary nutrients and proteins, can help a lot to fight depression.

Or give yourself a craving

First of all there is your well-being, and nothing better for good mental health than eating a bar or two of chocolate from time to time. Seriously, this releases endorphins that will help you feel better.

Exercise

You can jog 10 to 15 minutes, or do a strong training session. Training is an excellent way to express yourself and release accumulated tensions.

Do something that you like

Either read a book, listen to a song over and over again, or just watch the clouds go by. Is that sometimes you can feel that depression takes some things, take them back and make them yours, for your enjoyment and enjoyment.

Take a day for yourself and only for you

This point is related to the previous one. Sometimes you can feel overwhelmed by everything that happens around you, so, dedicate a day for you, to do your favorite things and focus on only you.

I learned to meditate

Meditation is one of the best ways to relax both physically and mentally, so learning to meditate for about 10 minutes a day will be a great help to fight against depression.

Do yoga

Meditation and yoga go hand in hand, so a good session in which you combine these two will definitely help you when you feel depressed.

I learned to solve your problems healthily

Pose strategies for when you face a difficult decision at work or in classes, this way you will feel more organized and prepared.

I set goals

It is not necessary that they be great goals at the beginning. The greatness is in your compliance, for example, improve your grades, save or share that car you like so much, this can be done progressively as it will help keep you focused, and without doubt, will help you channel depression in a very interesting.

I think the problem for depressive people might be to get the "drive" to do all these useful things. So probably it's important to start in very small steps and follow these tips step by step.
