Damn, we’re at October 1st already. Between my accounts, I did much better on consistency of posting in September than my other months. There is still room for improvement and I’ll keep working on that.

Are you working on goals you’re trying to reach on Steemit?

Seems there is always something new being tried on Steemit. In the last few days, there has been an announcement of the ability to create your own tokens coming in the new year. It will be very interesting to see how this rolls out and what applications it gets put to use on.

STEEM took a nice jump in value on the exchanges. Difficult to say if that is from the SMT announcement or bitcoing moving back up in trading. Either way, up is up and we’ll just enjoy the increased value of our accounts.

The fall heat wave has ended here in Ontario. The temps are now cool enough I need a bit of heat on in the house. Typical Canada, from hot to cool in the blink of an eye. Saw some where that Calgary is expecting snow, good place for it.

Steemit Awesome Tools #3 Interacting with steemit in a next level

@andyluy writes about @armandocat’s extensions for both Chrome and Firefox. They add some data to your Steemit displays which improves the information you can get on the Steemian. I have tried it on mine and am pretty impressed so far. I can see at a glance, for example, how many and how recently the person has posted on their profile. Or, I can choose to hide that graph until I want to see it.

Wrap-up on Day 125

An interesting day on the platform today. Came across a scam at one point. Guy had put up a post with a link in order for you to read the rest of the post. When you clicked the link a site looking similar to Steemit loaded and a login screen asking for your username and private key. The login screen could not be dismissed.

Be very careful when you click links that take you off the platform and even more careful where you enter your username and keys. Once given, they can be used to steal from you. .
