When we reach rock bottom in life, there's only one way to go and that's UP. How strong we are in life is not determined by how many times we fall, but on the number of times we are able to get UP.

Without communication, every aspect of your relationship will suffer. Communication is absolutely an art of investment. When we take time to talk, we share our lives with another. I'm not talking about sitting on the sofa whilst both are browsing on their phones. I mean real intimate exchanges.
True communication makes our relationship stronger, it gives us better understanding of who we are dealing with when we communicate, heart to heart.
