Welcome @nicholi! The power of steemit, and how to recruit the great minds YOU know to steemit!
photo cred: Brainland
As you know, steemit is only as good as the quality of the minds on the platform.
I've been sharing my stories, of labor, love, and craziness of this platform with those I know.
I never had to push anyone to join the platform. Content creators KNOW who they are. We are confident in what we want to share most of the time. All it takes is sharing your OWN authentic experience. Those with eyes to see will know the value of a decentralized news network, with all it's flaws. It's a brilliant and beautiful ride!
I've been sharing my adventures no longer on social media but on this platform. Not focusing on the ego of what I did, and why.
But how I did it, and what we can learn.
Steemit can bring out value to others, rather than value to ourselves.
This isn't the motto for everyone on the platform, but if we continue upholding our view of steemit, and reinforcing those great content creators that pour their hearts out we may flourish!
ANYHOW, nicholi is a brilliant mind I know. An innovator, a hand in the movement for self sustainability. And even more so a great friend. I'll let his posts speak for himself.

He's still getting started up, but I know the wealth of knowledge will enhance the value of our community.
-the main point of this, is to be open. Share with your family and friends what you do on your platform! Let them come :).. Take a moment to share how it works with those curious. And together we may grow!
Help them out if they decide to join! Send them discord links, give them realistic expectations.
This is a social network at the end of the day. A social network that brings forth news, and quality information.
Let them know communities are how we grow stronger, and how they can smoothly integrate.
Link them a few posts, like this gem.. https://steemit.com/steem/@gold84/chapter-1-of-11-have-you-recently-sign-up-on-steemit-and-don-t-know-what-to-do-first-basic-things-for-new-people-make-their-way
Be there, be a pillar. A rock for them to climb up as a sturdy foundation. But let them use their energy. :) Only those who put in the work make it on steemit, and allow them to learn that..
Teach a man to fish..
Teach a man to learn steemit.
Wow! What a compliment! I'm super excited that you introduced me to the whole steemit world. :D I can't wait to see what projects and ideas we come up with!
thank you
