It would have been hard to foresee South Carolina having had success with this legal action but anytime a State level action is voluntarily withdrawn it sends a loud signal. Great for cryptocurrency! Great for South Carolina! Great for the USA! Great for Everyone! Combined with BTC and ETH being free from security status we have some positive precedence being set.
