🗞 Neo's Next Act? $700 Million Crypto Ontology Is About to Go Live
If all goes well, $700 million worth of cryptocurrency is about to find a new home.
That's because Shanghai-based Ontology, a project closely tied to the "smart economy" blockchain Neo, is expected to launch its live blockchain on June 30, a step that will find one of the top 20 crypto assets finally releasing its proprietary technology.
Described as an enterprise-focused platform, Ontology is seeking to provide a high volume of fast and cheap transactions, all while helping businesses grapple with the thorny problems of interoperability and digital identity. As such, Neo is one of several public blockchains catering to enterprise that have recently or will soon go live, Tron and Vechain being other notable contenders.

🗞 Bitcoin Price Defends $6K as Traders Go Long
Bitcoin's (BTC) price charts remain biased to the bears, but market positioning on a major exchange suggests a sustained break below $6,000 may remain elusive in short-term.
At press time, the leading cryptocurrency is trading at $6,100 on Bitfinex, largely unchanged on a 24-hour basis, and technically speaking, BTC remains on the defensive as discussed yesterday.
Further, the cryptocurrency markets will likely remain risk averse as the sell-off in ETH/BTC – the risk barometer of the cryptocurrency markets – is seen gathering pace in the next 24 hours.

🗞 Japanese Economist Explains Why Another Bitcoin Price Surge Is Unlikely
Yukio Noguchi, a famous economist in Japan and an advisor to Waseda University’s Business and Finance Research Center argues we can’t expect Bitcoin’s prices to rapidly surge again. In his books and in recent articles, Noguchi makes his case eloquently. He wrote a recent article in Diamond Weekly clarifying his position but has been making his case since January of this year and published a book last December.v

🗞 Coinbase to Open New Office in Portland, Oregon
Leading U.S. cryptocurrency exchange and wallet provider Coinbase announced today, June 28, that they are opening a new office on the west coast of the United States in Portland, Oregon.
According to a statement on the Coinbase blog, the exchange had considered different cities before deciding on Portland for its “incredibly talented, innovative open-source and blockchain communities.”

🗞 Japan’s Line Launching Exchange With 30+ Cryptocurrencies
The operator of Line, Japan’s most popular chat app with approximately 200 million users worldwide, has confirmed the upcoming launch of its cryptocurrency exchange called Bitbox. The new platform will list more than 30 of the most popular cryptocurrencies, offering “low trading fees”. Supporting 15 languages, the new exchange will launch globally, except for two countries.

We are slowly decreasing in the direction of the 1$ and only a UP Break Out will allow us to go test our resistance line at 1.50$. Technically, we don't have anymore major support line before the 1$ level so without an important move from the BTC, we should slowly go in direction of that 1$ level... Courage dear holders, on big move will happen soon on the BTC, let's hope it will be a UP Break Out.
