EOS Community Marketing -- Doing it Right
The EOS community is putting out some amazing marketing materials and info graphics. One of the things holding back some of the other blockchains that have already gone to market is the lack of a coordinated marketing plan. The EOS community seems a little more organized. This video released about a week ago is really good and is an example of supporting a ground roots effort the right way:

How do you think the Dodgecoin crept out in the price?
Uneducated speculation...every coin was going up whether they were good or not. Most of the 1,500 coins available will be $0 or a lot less than they are today in 5 years...but the best blockchains will rise to the top.

Apple integrations
Inflation rewards for Entrepreneurs rather than just miners

We are extending our support for elliptic curve keys validation to include the secp256r1 curve. This is the standard created by NIST and used by Apple, Android, and many Smart Cards. Users will have the option to pick their curves (secp256k1, is used by Bitcoin and EOS by default) and can use both (r1 and k1) if they don't know which one to trust! The most important aspect of this is that it will give every cell phone user a hardware wallet with biometric 2nd factor validation.
Implementation is ongoing, but the design decision has been made and should make EOS.IO usable in far more environments."

Yes Exciting times ahead! EOS will have great community like STEEMIT. I really love the way EOS doing the crowdsale, giving opportunity and time to everyone to participate.
I didn't appreciate the importance and brilliance of the 1 year token period at first. I found it frustrating actually, but that was just my impatience...now I fully understand it and not only does it spread the distribution out...but its been brilliant marketing. The coin inflation everyone was worried about appears to be a non-issue.
