Coinfi not open to US and Canadian citizens

I was getting excited about pre-ico for coinfi and it took me a long to find this info on a blog of all places. I hear they are accepting US and Canadians who post all their info including where they live, their wallets and ID's and don't let them know they can't participate. As if Coinfi wants our sensitive info and then when it launches can say something "it was clearly in our policy".
Hard to find in my opinion.
