Crypto.com will NEVER promote Cryptocurrencies

Matt Blaze, the domain owner of crypto.com, is not a fan of cryptocurrencies. In fact, his home page states the warning, "Many cryptocurrencies are scams, and I strongly advise against their use as investment vehicles." It is very clear that the site has nothing to do with cryptocurrencies, but rather cryptography, which is the study of strategies for "secure communication in the presence of third parties called adversaries."

Although countless people have tried to persuade Blaze to sell them his domain, he has made it clear several times on Twitter that he is NOT interested in selling the website -no matter what price is offered.

Considering Blockchain.us is pricing their domain at $3.45 million and Ethereum.com wants $10 million, it's likely that Blaze is turning down the chance to be a millionaire by selling crypto.com. However, money isn't everything, and we may be missing part of the picture. Most of my information was from The Verge, which may be who Blaze is referring to in a recent tweet.
