Doing an on-line research on upcoming ICOs, I found a video of a conference named "In Conversation with Vitalik Buterin" that took place on August 31st 2017 at Russia's Hi-Tech business area Skolkovo. One of the participating companies in the conference, SCORISTA, presented the launch of their ICO.

Listening to a 5 minute presentation about the company, many questions popped in my mind. In short, SCORISTA is the first decentralized credit bureau that will cater its services to crypto banks and alternative creditors that receive deposits and issue loans in cryptocurrencies. The SCORISTA system promises Risk Management Assistance service by collecting and analyzing all creditors' data such as user behavior, crypto spend analysis, E-Wallet info and other with a single scope to provide credit worthiness of users.

Now, what future implications all this entails? Is this dynamic development in crypto finance brings us to a debt-based crypto economy? Will this new platform become another playground for the banks? Is there a need for crypto banks?
