Cryptos could make a comeback for these reasons
The last few days have been disastrous for cryptocurrencies, especially for STEEM, which has fallen to its lowest price since early december 2017.
However, recently, there has also been some positive news, which I think, can drive up the prices. The description of these is given below.
1. France to encourage ICOs
While several countries, including the US, are coming hard at ICOs, according to [1], France wants to create an environment in which ICOs would flourish. At the same time, France's strategy would be to protect investors from risky ICOs.
2. Israel has stepped towards cryptocurrency support
According to [2], Israel is also stepping towards cryptocurrency support. This is a good news, because Israel has always been heralded as a "Startup Nation". According to a recent Supreme court ruling there, cryptocurrency brokers and exhanges putting transpency first will be regarded as lawful.
3. Bittrex to remove 82 token wallets
Now this looks like a bad news at first, but its actually a good news, because those 82 token wallets would be removed due to their low liquidity or no fully operational blockchains [3]. This means that people would now invest more in genuine altcoins.
What is your opinion on this? Are you hopeful of the prices bouncing back, or do you think its the beginning of the end for cryptocurrencies?

"the beginning of the end for cryptocurrencies?"
Crypto will never end. It just fluctuates. I buy drugs online the only way is with crypto. Regulate all the exchanges as long as the way to get drugs online is with crypto it will exist.
In my opinion low steem price allows me to make a ton of SP on my posts, I was here for 6 dollar steem as well as one dollar and let me tell you when it's high price steem it's really hard to build that SP. I see this as an investment opportunity rather than doom and gloom....
what is used in such transactions? Monero? Dash?
please keep in mind Dash is not as private as people think
I'm not at all concerned about privacy. I have yet to see any buyers of online drugs get busted because police were able to connect a wallet to them. My vendor takes litecoin/bitcoin/etherium
interesting, I would bet any money that monero is king there.
obviously i am wrong :)
i hope you are right. I lived through few such dips but everytime i wonder "is it the end?"
LOL
