NEO announcement tomorrow!

Malcomn Lerider has declared on an article that a large NEO announcement will be made tomorrow,

After writing about the FUD, NEO acknowledges the fact that they are overly centralized and are working on fixing this dilemma.

Although government involvement could be ideal, I am unsure that this will be declared tomorrrow.
