Hello @etcmike I up voted and re-steemed this. Awesome to see Mr. Middleton explaining Veritas and great seeing Cliff on the other end of the Mic as well.

Thank you! Your support is greatly appreciated.

Have a great day!

Recommending Veritaseum and then promoting it like this feels like a bit of an attempt to pump up value...

I hope I'm wrong! :)

Clif High had a problem with a YouTuber taking his interview then turning it around on another ICO. So to make an amends for what Clif perceived as a wrong committed by the YouTuber, Clif High had an interview with the CEO of the ICO to clear the air and promote understanding. That ICO was Populous.

Clif has a Twitter feed. After the Populous interview many of Clif's Twitter followers urged Clif to do an interview of the Veritaseum CEO. At the same time Reggie Middleton's Twitter followers were urging him to have an interview with Clif High. Thus the idea for this interview and its eventuality was brought about by Twitter followers. Clif HIgh was reluctant to do the interview but his fan base won him over to doing the interview.

That is what I gleaned from watching Clif High's Twitter feed for the last week. I was watching Clif's Twitter feed to see when the next webbot report would be released.

Have a great week!

Mike

I am not the big expert in crypto, so I just look to some videos to get a better view and this helps a lot, thanks!

@etcmike I think your post is very interesting. I want to like you your post is so amazing it is interesting that I can succeed in steemit. My post no one visit please help thanks

Very useful information is very good technologically advanced hopefully all goes well. Thank @etcmike

This was excellent. I know Reggie from old Max Keiser interviews and always liked him. I didn't really grasp his token until watching this. I understand it much better now.

Agreed.. I am glad that Clif High did video interviews of the Veritaseum and Populous token CEO's. They both have very complicated financial business models. And both tokens allow the average person, like myself, to participate in markets that were only available to big-money players in the past. Clif's interviews brought the understanding of the utility of these tokens down to a easy to understand examples.

Have a great weekend!
Steem on,
Mike

I am a newcomer, in steemit. After eleven days I joined and found out about steemit, I finally found you. All my questions and my confusion, finally answered by reading all the articles from you. Thank you my brother.

You are welcome! I am very glad my blog posts were informative and able to further your understanding of SteemIt.

Please keep in my that SteemIt is still in "beta". There are likely many more changes ahead. I will resteem and point to blog posts that are talking about the changes to come.

Have a fantastic day!
Steem on,
Mike

What does it mean, change? Means there may be a change in the rules, or maybe in refining all the steemit system again? Hopefully a change towards the better and can bring success for all members.

Over the past year there have been many changes to SteemIt. Here a just a few of the changes I have seen:

  • The 30-minute upvoting rule
  • Reputation scores
  • Showing the number of views a blog post gets
  • The slider for upvoting when you have enough STEEM Power
  • The user profile
  • Change in the inflation rate of STEEM
  • Changes to the distributions for each block of STEEM mined
  • Changes to the number of blog post you can make
  • Changes to the level of comments on a blog post

Some of these have been changes to the SteemIt interface and some have been hard forks to the STEEM block chain.

There is currently plans for Hard Fork #20, but I have not seen anything definite yet.

Stay tuned... as SteemIt moves more and more mainstream, there will be new changes.

Steem on,
Mike

Ok. I understand now.
