LaToken ICO - Should you invest?

Let me start by saying that this is definitely one of the most interesting ICO's I have come across so far which I think has a huge potential for growth. As I always suggest, do your research, read the white paper and invest if you are convinced with the idea. I recommend ICO's where I have a personal interest in investing and present these thoughts based on my research. So here it goes:

What is it?
LaToken (also Liquid Asset Token) is a blockchain platform for tokenizing and trading real assets such as shares (Apple, Amazon...), real estate, works of art, etc. using cryptocurrencies globally in the real economy. Their white paper claims that the total value of asset cryptocurrencies traded on the LAT platform expected to reach $1.2 trillion by 2025 and a trading volume of $14 trillion. The demand for LAT will obviously correlate with trading volume on the LAT platform. The platform includes LAT wallet, LAT marketplace, trading terminal, back office, App store and constructor.

Why is it interesting?

• Their platform is already operational with tokens linked to price of shares, commodities and real estate ETF, etc. Note that all of this is compliant with LAToken disclosure and legal structures
• The team has a strong track record in hedge fund management, trading terminals and work experience at some of the major financial consulting firms
• The platform will drastically reduce transaction costs by cutting out the middlemen and various other costs involved in traditional transactions (fees for asset tokenization are up to 0.01% of the token's sale price and transaction fee is ~0.001% of the sale price)
• While competitors such as Digix, Atlant, Brickblock, Bitbond, SmartRE, etc. are still in the concept or working stage with limited options, only LAToken has a market place and an established back office with token sales of shares of Amazon / Apple.
• As for the future roadmap, LAToken is looking to scale up asset tokens trading linked to real estate and art and build apps for new specific assets next year with an aim to build a leading global asset token platform by 2020.
