News Say China Might Resume Bitcoin Trading Soon

The most important conference in China this year which is the “19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China” has ended this October 24.

Following the event is the cancellation of some temporary regulations and policies which could include the shutdown of Bitcoin Trading in the country.

A new Chinese cryptocurrency trading platform has reportedly announced that they will open all trading functionality on their platform starting this November 1 and users can register accounts a make deposits.

The exchange claims that users all over the world including those in mainland China can tradeand exchange on the platform.

Some people say the exchange will eventually be closed by the government and some say the platform is backed by the government itself.

For now, this remains unclear but true, this might create a big impact on the market again.


South Korea Moving Forward With A Bill To Regulate Cryptocurrency Related Criminal Activities

South Korea is advancing with a bill to regulate cryptocurrencies which will primarily focus on taking down cryptocurrency-related criminal activities including those perpetuated through multi-level and door-to-door sales.

A dedicated task force has been set up by the government for the crypto bill which is task to clarify crimes relating to currencies and recommend relevant amendments to the laws and regulations.

The Ministry of Justice said that the penalization rule will be significantly raised from “five years imprisonment or nearly 50 mln won” fine to “ ten years of imprisonment or nearly 500 mln won penalty.
