American Custom Car Builder Accepts Bitcoin

A custom car rebuilder Classic Recreation, has expressed their intent of accepting Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrency as a means of payment in order their custom build mustang cars.

Classic Recreation has a Ford and Shelby American license to restore and fabricate continuation cars in Yukon.

The owner of the company Jason Engel said that he has always been fascinated with technology and its evolution.

He added that cryptocurrencies have come a long way and has become a truly global currency.

He expresses that by accepting Bitcoin, it enabled his company to connect with customers from anywhere in the world.

Blockchain Can Save UK 8 billion GBP Say British MP

Eddie Hughes, a conservative member of the British Parliament states that the British Government needs a Chief Blockchain Officer to enable social reform, increase government efficiency and rebuild trust in the society.

In a report called “Unlocking Blockchain,” MP Hughes made several recommendations and suggestions on how to encourage blockchain to pour in UK as well as implementation in branches in government that can leverage the nascent technology which he says could increase the operational cost efficiency of the government.

He made a conservative estimate of 1% increase in cost efficiency which roughly translates to 8 Billion GBP annually.

President of Uzbekistan Legitimizes Cryptocurrencies With Presidential Decree

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev have signed a presidential decree titled “On measures for digital economics development in the Republic of Uzbekistan” last July 3, 2018.

The said decree laid out plans for the development and integration of blockchain technology, crypto assets, and crypto mining in its regimes effort to modernize the state administrative system and to advance the digital economy.

The decree has tasked the Government Office for Project Management and Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications to design and implement a program on blockchain development for the next two years.

More over the government plan to integrate blockchain technologies into government agencies for identity verification, corporate systems management and clearing transactions.

The decree only states that there will be special licenses for crypto related business activities such as exchange operations and I have stated taxation on crypto assets.

Qwiki Launches Crypto Investment Bank

One of Russia’s biggest payments service provider, Qiwi, has recently launched a crypto investment bank called HASH that will provide ICO issuers and crypto startups assistance, especially with fundraising.

The management team that will lead the new bank will come from Qiwi’s blochain arm, Qiwi Blokchain Technologies (QBT).

The new company will draw from its experience and expertise in blockchain technologies and its decentralized applications to guide new blockchain startups through its fundraising stages.
