Bittrex Technology-Powered CataIX Launches In Canada

CataIX is a new cryptocurrency exchange that is based in Canada has partnered with bittrex to launched a new digital asset trading platform which will offer the most extensive selection of digital tokens in Canada.

The beta platform of the exchange will launch on August 27th 2018.

Justin Kim the CEO Of CataIX reveals that the platform will offer more than 200 coin pairings with premium features and competitive fees.

He also states that his company and Bittrex shares common values based on strong business ethics, long-term vision, customer-centric and commitment to compliance. With this partnership brings together Bittrex’s global leadership in the blockchain industry with the vision of an innovative tram in Canada.

Jamaica Stock Exchange To Support Cryptocurrencies

According to a press release last August 14, 2017 the Jamaican Stock Exchange (JSE) has partnered with Toronto-based FinTech company Blockstation to allow digital asset trading.

With the said collaboration JSE has the potential to make the JSE one of the first international stock exchanges in the world to offer an online digital trading platform, facilitate quotes, trading and execution and settlement services that his fully compliant with the local regulatory climate.

Five broker members is said to have completed workshop on how to use blockstation’s platform in trading with cryptocurrency.

Square’s Cash App Now Available In All States Of America

Mobile payment company square is said to have enabled support of Bitcoin trading in all states of America.

This means every American residing in any state of the U.S. can currently utilize the platform to buy and sell the digital.

This is in contrast to its competitors like Robinhood, Coinmama and Cex.io which operates in some U.S. states only, taking the slower route of state-to-state compliance.

The company was co-founded in 2009 by Jack Dorsey who heads twitter and is widely known as a Bitcoin bull.

Cash App downloads have grown three times faster than its competitors and now boast about 33.5 million users which is 3 million users more than its closest competitor Venmo.

In addition to this it expects to reach $100 million in sales by the year 2020.

Pantera Capital CEO Still Upbeat With Bitcoin Calls Banks As Rats

Known cryptocurrency bull and CEO of Pantera Capital, Dan Morehead continues a very upbeat outlook for the cryptocurrency market despite current market down turn.

In a conference for ICO and digital funds he said that blockchains are the next step in the evolution of equity while cryptocurrency like Bitcoin is a superior form of currency which he describes as the biggest disruption of this generation.

In response to Warren Buffet’s claim that Bitcoin is rat poison squared the CEO shot back that claiming that while Bitcoin is rat poison and the rat in this case is banks and credit card companies.

He also said in the past that the cryptocurrency market cap could one day be worth $40 trillion and has not dampened his optimism despite being down 23.7% in his funds compared to Bitcoin which is about 20.9%.

Top Exchange Plans To Move To Malta

The world’s fifth largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world in terms of transaction volume, ZB.com is said to be planning of setting up in Malta.

This will mark its entry to European Market, establishing an office at St. Julian’s the heart of Malta’s business center.

This is the latest announcement after Binance, OKex and DQR moving office in the crypto friendly country which is also a member of the European Union.

The Cryptocurrency exchange will start as a crypto-to-crypto exchange and will eventually look in to providing crypto-to-fiat trading pairs similar to that being offered by Binance and Bitbay.
