Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is revolutionizing the world and the way we control our data and money. We don't need to ask big banks or credit card companies permission to have access to our money and now have to ability to send our money to anywhere in the world in seconds. The internet revolutionized the way we view and share information and the Blockchain is the Internet Of Money, giving us a new way to use and exchange money without anyone controlling our money but us.

The Blockchain technology that is the driving force behind cryptocurrencies is virtually unhackable. A block is the heart of most cryptocurrencies and every so many minutes, a new one is created and contains the information of the previous blocks behind it creating a chain of data. If one block is hacked and changed on one computer, the network would realize it does not agree with the rest of the world and would not verify it. This distributed ledger is the security behind cryptocurrencies because the blockchain must be hacked on every computer in the world at the same time for the data to be changed and verified.

Cryptocurrencies are a decentralized encrypted monetary system that exists, not in a central location as modern banks do, but on every single of the millions of computers that participates on the shared network. There is no central point of control so there is no central point of attack for hackers. Cryptocurrencies give us control over our own money and give third world countries the ability to have a modern banking solution because big banks have failed over two billion people.

People in countries with controlling governments will no longer have to beg for permission to use their own money because nobody owns these cryptocurrencies and the blockchains that drive transactions.

I started this account to share information about the crypto world and blockchain technology and how it is already changing our world and the many possibilities for it to revolutionize our lives.
