UTRUST it's a payment processor platform, like PayPal but on blockchain-> therefore better. It is based on ethereum ; ERC20 Standard.
A merchant can accept multiple cryptocurrencies as a payment method but he is still receiving fiat. The idea is great a innovative. It would make the life easier for many merchant to integrate this kind of solution because it makes life easier and you you do not have to deal with multiple payment processor and also always having the needed working capital.
The Buyer has the possibility to pay with crypto for a small fee or with UTRUST token and zero fee, the transaction is converted immediately to fiat in order to protect the merchant from the market volatility.

The PRE ICO was sold out in August. The ICO will take place now in September. More exactly on 20th of September will be round one starting at 0.04 USD per Token and climbing up to 0.085 USD/Token in the final round(round 7).

UTRUST is incorporated in Switzerland for obvious reasons and the Engineering Team is located in Portugal.
Minimum Investment is 0.2 ETH or 0.02 BTC, which is really great. With a minimum 0.2 ETH(aprox 60 USD today 05/09/2017) at arate of 0.04 USD you will get 1500 UTRUST Tokens which is great.
The implementation of the Minimum Viable Product is 2nd Quarter of 2018.
