Are CRYPTOCURRENCIES a good investment?

The whole world is moving towards technological innovations. Through the past decade we have seen how a lot of technological corporations have been developing advances in transportation, manufacture, communications, finance and many more. Well, cryptocurrencies are nothing more than another revolutionary technology.
This technology is being applied mostly to the finance world. Cryptocurrencies depends on the blockchain technology, this is where the real innovation lies in. Investing in cryptocurrencies is the equal of investing in a company that is developing something. Blockchain technology can be applied to almost everything, this is the real value of this technology beyond cryptocurrencies it self. This is one of the reasons why we believe that the price of these altcoins will continue to rise.

We all know that recently cryptocurrencies markets are in a delicate situation. This has nothing to do with the currencies it self but about their public image. Let’s say that the CEO of a huge company is involved in a personal scandal. Even though the scandal has nothing to do with the company, he represents the company and this damage the public image of it. This will drop the stock price for the company’s actions and affect really bad the operations of the company. This is exactly what’s happening with the cryptocurrencies.

After the huge selloff of bitcoin that happen in December of the past year the price dropped to around 10,000 USD. To this we must add the ban of cryptocurrencies in South Korea, audits to the organizations and now the hack to Bithumb. This is keeping the price of bitcoin low and because bitcoin is the face of cryptocurrencies, every other crypto have lost value lately.

Going back to the main question, the time to invest in cryptocurrencies is now. The price is low and stable and the growth potential in the price is very high. Just look at the historical data of any currency. If you look the overall chart form, you’ll see a constant growth despite the massive explosion on the price in December of the past year.
