3 Reasons Why I like TomoChain & TomoCoin Project (271c96 Review)

ONE:

I love blockchain infrastructure and lower level protocol project. I have been following TomoChain recently, it is a scalable blockchain infrastructure project, which integrates and super charges smart contract functionalities and enables atomic cross-chain transfers. Tomocoin is the protocol token for Tomochain infrastructure.

I really like their strategy to integrate with Ethereum network (benefits immensely from the existing Ethereum ecosystem and resources), and they achieve scaling by adding more second layer blockchains (horizontal scaling). Also, it aims to be a network of chains that supports instant confirmation, near zero transaction fee, which will be huge.

Next, what I am really excited about its wallet - TomoWallet. It aims to support cross-chain wallet management with instant and near zero fee for its cross chain atomic transactions. Basically, it allows you to control and use multiple addresses from other blockchains such Bitcoin and Ethereum with a passphrase and the process of encrypting and de-encrypting will stay only at the client side.

TWO:

Only USD 8.5M hardcap, which is super low total for such a project at its current stage and roadmap momentum, this number demonstrates that they are confident in their tech and their ability to execute and deliver.

A somewhat comparable project is Steemit, which is around 1B market cap at the moment. But what Tomochain envisions to be is more like a combination of Steem, EOS, Kin, OmieseGo, Nimiq and others.

TomoChain has a strong team and advisors. e.g. Long Vuong, co-founder of Tomochain and founder of Tomo app with PhD candidate in economics, is also the former project lead in NEM.

And its advisor, Roger Lim is also Advisor for Bluzelle, SelfKey, The Key, Coinfi, Fortuna Capital, Jet8. and another advisor e.g. Chance Du, General partner at Coefficient Ventures, which also invested in Filecoin, Raiden, Zeppelin, 0x, Tari etc.
