Ripple Network is growing fast. And some n00bs believe that Ripple will overtake SWIFT completely by 2018. Or 2019... because Ripple wants to save banks from themselves and will dominate the Internet of Money. Now over 60 institutions around the world experiment with Ripple XRP token, including Santander, RBC, UBS, and UniCredit. And they can't be wrong, because Ripple processes more transactions than bitcoin and ethereum combined. And because Ripple is going after the multi-trillion dollar financial services market (SWIFT transactions worth $14trn per day), Ripple can easily capture one-tenth of the worldwide market of real-time money transfers and be worth $1000 easily.
Conclusion: Treat XRP as a long term play, #hodl for 1-2 years and watch how banks will make you rich by adopting Ripple.
Scenario B
Other n00bs believe that Ripple #hodlers, who got in at ~$3 price is stupid because XRP price can’t reach $1000, $100 or $10 price. In order to reach a $10 price for one XRP token, Ripple should have a market cap around 3 trillion USD. And this is impossible until any country adapts as its currency. XRP at $100 equal all the money in the world, so until there are 20 billion people in the world instead of 7 billion, $100 is not going to happen.
Conclusion: Stop dreaming about Ripple. The maximum value in a couple of years won't go higher than $2. Or ever.
Scenario C
In 2020 XRP is still among Top 10 cryptocurrencies, but you aren't the millionaire if you got your XRP for a price, higher than $0.10.

No way mate. Ripple won't be more than $6 this year. In 3 years if the market goes well then maybe $20 and we will have the richest men on planet - Ripple's owners. I'm not sure if the banks would want to help so many people to become multi millionares thanks to XRP. This is huge power in many hands.
But if you are right it will be really strange living in crypto world 2020.

Over 100 banks are testing ripple. You got Apple Samsung Amazon doing the same. In 3-5 years crypto will change and who knows 1000 not that far.
