The world's first bitcoin Bank opened on Mariahilfer Strasse in downtown Vienna, Austria. The Bank belongs to the Berlin blockchain startup Bit Trust Services, it was called a Bitcoin Bank. Still it is good for adoption.. I don't believe they will have great profit though.. except if they sell in high prices...

Yes... like bank's or street money exchangers.. they sell and buy their price.. sometimes with commission too.
