Slightly disappointing that Charles Lee used in his tweet that very strong word scam. From what I read the LCC team never pretended to be the developers of LTC and on their website, they say this:

No. We're using the Litecoin Cash name simply because it has become customary in recent months for a coin which forks a blockchain to prefix its name with the name of the coin being forked. This practice has become a widely understood convention. We're not associated or affiliated with Charlie Lee or any of the Litecoin team in any way; we are big fans though.

Also, like you have said, they do not require users to enter a private key on any website, but rather describe in detail a safe way to claim Litecoin Cash.

As to not using their full names, I do not have a problem with it, I realize that people are from different jurisdictions, and can have multiple reasons to keep their identity hidden.

I appreciate learning from your post about Swift PP and the CSDs working together to bring blockchain technology to securities markets and the tentative bill about the adaptation of cryptocurrencies for tax payments in Arizona. Please let us know if that bill gets approved by the House of Representatives. And even if it would not, such proposals are great news for crypto in Arisona and the States in general.
