Daily Crypto Digest - 07.09.2017
Hello and welcome to the daily concentrated news about all the important changes that are happening in the cryptocurrency market.
- First up is Bitcoin, which has seen a rapid price recovery but it's future growth is not very clear at the moment with articles from Cointelegraph and Coindesk pointing out that a rally and retest at the $5000 mark is possible if the price goes beyond $4640 . However there are a lot of indicators pointing out to a possible bearish (fall in price) scenario, which would see bitcoin going toward the $4200 range. It all rests on what happens at the $5000 level, if it breaks through then it's very likely it will grow further, but the odds are the bearish scenario will become reality.
- In the mid to long term there are good news for crypto, like the fact that more countries ( most recent being Portugal) that are restricting the amount of cash that you can use in transactions, which means a lot of people will start to look at crypto as being a interesting alternative payment method.
- Neo has seen a important comeback because Bitfinex just added it to it's exchange and it seems like the China ban on ICO is not permanent but more a move to regulate them better. So Neo could still be China's Ethereum... or people were just disparate for some good news about it 😜 .

I am from Portugal, should I bet on BTC and wait for BTC @ 5000$ or I should bet on Alt coins like LTC or RIPPLE? Obrigado
Hi, it depends if you are in this for the long run or not. In the short term it's more likely that BTC won't get over $ 5000 and the other coins should mirror it's movement. In the mid to long term I think BTC will get to $10.000. It's possible it will do that by the end of the year. If I were you I would put most of my money in BTC and some in other coins, but I'm in it for the long run ( meaning years). Cheers
