Steemit Archive Project: DynCorp - DoD Inspector General investigation of crimes in Bosnia and Kosovo
At one time the Department of Defense actively investigated human trafficking among its contractors. The DoD Office of the Inspector General opened an investigation into DynCorp's activities in 2003 following the testimonies of Kathryn Bolkovac and Ben Johnston, two DynCorp employees in Bosnia who had witnessed the defense contractor's employees engaging in child sex trafficking in the 1990s.
In a way, these documents represent the first, real federal investigation into the criminal activities of DynCorp International.
The document archived in this post is Assessment of DoD Efforts to Combat Trafficking in Persons Phase II -- Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo from the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General, December 8, 2003. (original)
More on DynCorp can also be found on their Pizzagate Wiki page.
