@FraudCrackers - @SteveOuttrim is so proud of himself for obtaining a “scoop” that he uses information provided by @QueenTut as gospel and insider information – ignoring the fact that QT is of questionable sanity. Outtrim is close, but the real reason Goodman freaked out about RDS trying to remain in contact with Webb is that Goodman feared losing his channel’s star and cash cow.
Outtrim doesn’t dispute QT’s lies that she was never served. Anyway, default judgment has already been entered against her. Her failure to file an Answer had been holding up the lawsuit, and now she’s only noticed as a formality.
RDS’ lawsuit only has anything to do with the Port of Charleston incident in that it was his reason to cancel his scheduled interview with JG and to inform him in writing that he didn’t want anything more to do with him. Webb had left the day-to-day operation of JG’s channel, and JG needed material to retain viewers and their donations. He and Trish filled up the time defaming RDS and advising their viewers to claw back the donations they had made to RDS. That in itself was a legitimate cause of action for RDS to file a lawsuit (and it is one of his counts). QT, out there in cyberspace, was a viewer who saw a potential niche for herself (especially since Webb had gone off on his own) and contacted Goodman with an offer to help him defame RDS. Unlike RDS, QT had no problem with what Goodman had done in the Charleston incident. She was doing this while she should have been attending to her family situation, which ended tragically a couple of weeks later. Goodman has learned to his sorrow that there are consequences to allowing unknown and unvetted parties to have a forum to target and harass someone for months on end.
