Let's Move...!

Working in the office requires us to sit all day in front of a desk and computer. In fact, sitting too long every day poses health risks that trigger various diseases such as cancer, diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease or heart disease.

Worse yet, the negative effects of too long sitting cannot be reversed and cannot be compensated for with good habits. The only way to avoid this health risk is to reduce the length of sitting per day and start actively moving.

Not everyone has the time, energy, or ambition to go to the gym after a long day of work. Maybe some of the habits below can be applied to make us more active during work.

For example by working while standing or using a high chair so we tend to stand while working. Or it could be back and forth as often as possible when taking drinking water. In addition, it may also try to approach office colleagues rather than just communicating through social media. Changing your sitting position as often as possible is also very useful to make us active. There is still a lot that we can do in the office to make the body active. All can be done if we have the intention to do it.
