Well friends it was time to share a little simple outdoor cooking with our audience and we had the perfect opportunity on a recent desert trip to share building a small stone hearth and cooking some nice steak on the little fire. This is pretty neat, nothing like steak cooked over camp fire but I have never just used a rock slab as the grill before. Looks pretty dang simple honestly, I might skip the cast iron frying pan next time I am out camping :) Cool video, although now I am hungry LOL
