What's for Dinner?
Or shall I ask "what was for dinner".
For me it was simple and delicious.
A small amount of ground beef, green bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, onion, and green cabbage dressed with a tablespoon (or two) of ricotta cheese and all the Cholula hot sauce you can stand. I use red leaf lettuce and turnip greens as a wrap - or not.
I'm also guilty of throwing in any additional veggies that is in the house. Yellow squash and zucchini to name a couple of goodies. Just whatever you like that goes well together.
Anyone have some suggestions for additions or alternatives?
