I decided to pick the winner in a random lottery and also shared the meeting invitation. Also I sent notification to all the participants to be present by sending 0.001 SBD to each whose entry was accepted. You can see that in my wallet history.
You can see the video recording of the lottery. Unfortunately, no one else was there. I have tried to make this transparent as far as possible, so I expect people to be present in future.
