ManCity got a century of points, the highest point tally in history with a goal by Jesus on last seconds of the game. After the defeat against Stoke, Swansea joined Stoke in Championship. Wolverhampton Wanderers and Cardiff City have already been promoted to Premier League, while the final is yet to be decided.
