Tour de France contest: predict todays stage winner and win 1 SBI share
After participating in lots of contests organised by others I thought it was time to organize my own contest. As I'm a cyclist myself and like to follow cycling races I came up with the idea to have a Tour de France contest.
The contest
The idea of the contest is pretty simple: the first one to predict today's stage winner wins one share of Steem Basic Income. After the stage I will announce the winner and buy him or her the @steembasicincome share. If nobody predicts the winner correctly the prize is transferred to tomorrows stage, which makes the prize 2 SBI then.
Rules

- Add the name of the cyclist who you expect to win the stage in a comment.
To make sure the bets are in before the finish, you can only participate until 15:00 CEST (Paris time).
Today's stage
Today the riders are going to cycle 195 kilometers in the East of France from La Baule to Sarzeau. The terrain is predominantly flat so it might be a good idea to bet on a sprinter to win the stage. Or will one of the local Breton riders break away and make the regional fans happy?

He came pretty close, but unfortunately just not enough. That means the prize is doubled tomorrow.
Almost right. It is nice to have an even bigger prize tomorrow, maybe I get lucky then.

I didn't realise The Tour was on again @erikklok. thanks for the heads up. I wonder how many stages I've missed.
I'll guess Chris Frome although I'm just assuming he's racing. He may not be! 😂
Today is stage 4, so you missed out on three stages so far.
Froome is racing indeed, so you could be right indeed (although he is not a big favorite for today).
Ah. I'll have to check and see if they're showing highlights at 7 pm. That's what usually happens Maybe I can catch up from the first day.
