I'm seeing this picture from religious/spiritual perspective. In correlation, it reminds me of my Cousin who was born with neither mental disabilities nor physical deformation.

He was perfectly OK and healthy. At age 6, he woke up one day and could not utter a word. For over 5 hours, no one could notice there was a problem with him until late at night when his mother returned and summoned him since he was known to be very recalcitrant.

Jimmy! Where have you been? His mother asked. He tried hard opening his mouth consistently but no word came out. Then his mother knew something was wrong. She's such a woman that gets paranoid easily. She screamed out loudly to neighborhood and Jimmy was confirmed dumb. All possible solutions was seek but to no avail.

Jimmy grew up as a dumb. He had gone through several mockery from friends at home and school. He would cry all time. Deep inside of him he knew he wasn't born that way. He knew he had words down his mind to speak out but somewhat, something kept holding it back.

At age 22, he began experiencing several difficulties. His parents had died in a fatal accident on their way to Ogun State to visit grandma. He experienced rejection in every settings he finds himself. Life could no longer offer him goodness but bitterness. Where others find it easy, his is otherwise.
Jimmy began wondering if God had mistaken by creating him. Or if God had forsaken him.

He would sat in loneliness. Tears rolling down his cheeks. His eyes filled with sorrow. His heart being pierced by the needle of life's negativity. No friends to share the pain with. No one could wake up to notice him. How will I pray when I can't talk? He would asked himself.

On a fateful Friday morning, he saw a pamphlet with the words inscribed "Break through your difficulties". What do I have to do with this? He exclaimed just as he narrated. But something kept him retaining it. He flung it at first, but later made for it. Though he didn't attend college but can manage to read and understand.
Reading through the pamphlet, he found three Bible verses :

1 Corinthians 10:13 KJV

"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man, but God (is) faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able, but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear (it)"

Can this be true? He wasn't sure. He proceeded and read :

Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places]

And lastly :

Ephesians 6:18
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints

Here he found he can actually pray with his mind even though he can't talk. He began focusing his mind and attention unto God. He would pray in his mind, laments daily. He decided to attend a three day program at a Redeem Christian Church of God.

During the program he would stand with his eyes closed but mouth shut. The church Evangelist had been noticing this young man doesn't seem to utter a word each time a prayer point is being given, decided to approach him.
Only to discover what he's been through.

Evangelist Felix organized a three day prayer with fasting with the church's prayer warriors.
On the second day of the prayer, Jimmy slept and had a dream narrated by him below.

He woke up to discover he could talk, felt a load was relief of him. His song became Hallelujah!
He broke thru his sorrow and tribulations. Life received a divine command to speak good of him.

Also the picture could mean breaking through a failure into success.
