Washing-machine-industry and Sock-lobby have a very dirty secret!
An insider from the washing-machine industry has made a very mindblowing testimonial in the "Sockcity Tribune".
This person, who wants to remain incognito, has revealed that for almost 40 years there has been a secret tube in most washing machines that makes socks disappear. This tube is very well hidden and only insiders know where to find it in the machine.

A sensor in the machine spots socks and picks 1 or 2 socks out every "wash" and sends them down the tube. The tube ends in a little box that is airtight and can contain up to a thousand socks. The big machines in laundromats can contain upto tens of thousands of socks. The location of this box is still unknown. The whistle-blower does not want to reveal the location of this box yet, as he is threatened by both the industry and the sock-lobby, he is now hiding at an undisclosed location.
He says that this was all decided in a secret meeting on Jeckyll Island in the USA in the seventies. The sock-lobby has agreed to pay up to 10 Billion USD every year to the washing machine industry to makes socks disappear.
The total cost to society and individuals all of these years is almost uncalculable. It must be up to a Trillion USD worth of socks that people have lost.

Finally the truth about the disappearing socks is coming out. Hopefully this man can come clean and tell every detail about this and the people responsible for this can be held accountable. He also made a hint that the dryer-industry is also to blame as they supposedly entered the alliance in the late eighties, but no more details about how and what were told.
Let's hope our socks will become safe in the future!
