Competence, according to the Oxford English Dictionary, is the ability to do something successfully or efficiently. Therefore, Intellectual competence is the ability to apply your skills or knowledge with prowess to get the desired results. No matter what it is you do, the importance of competence can never be overemphasized. Competence is what ensures you remain very relevant in your field even in the next 2 decades. This, in simple terms, means that your intellectual competence is directly proportional to your relevance. The moment you stop improving your competence, your relevance starts depreciating. The billion dollar question now is

2. Never Stop Learning
3. Be Consistent
