Binding Photocircle Steem account to SNAX

If you haven't noticed, more and more Steem users are binding their account to their Snax account.

For the benefit of those in a rush, we will try to explain about Snax program briefly in this post.

What is Snax?

The SNAX program is an overlay solution that aims to reward content creators from other social media platforms for their activity. It was first integrated to Twitter and was activated to Steem on May 14th 2019. Below is an excerpt from the Snax website as an additional info:

Snax is a blockchain platform. It was created for people to receive rewards for their social activity (tweets, Instagram posts, and so on) and to make instant free micropayments without leaving their favorite social platform. Developers can use Snax blockchain to create decentralized social applications (social dApps).

How to create Snax account?

For this question, let us link you to @julianhorack's post entitled: My Free Snax wallet linked to Steemit.

After creating your Snax account, you will be required to authenticate it through your Twitter and or Steem account. In the case of steem, you will be provided with:

The statement will appear like the one below:

I want to link my Steem account with my account on Snax blockchain using https://snax.one Please, create Snax account for me! My authentication hash: 10e0bc1b03b7eb037507a10a80786ad9df7614d591e2e6f0ca0fbbef253c692c

The statement is required to be posted using your steemit account.

Please note that one of the tags should be #free-snaxaccount.

After publishing your post, you can go back to the Snax website to complete the authentication.

And for those of you wondering why are we binding our Steem account to Snax? In the next days to come, we will be adding Snax tokens as part of the reward that we will be giving away in all of our contests.
