I'm really glad I saw @nobyeni's entry come up in my feed a while back. I'm pretty sure that entering the #comedyopenmic contest and hanging out in the discord channel are two of the main things that have kept me on steemit lately.
@holybranches is gonna cry, then I'm gonna cry, then we're all gonna cry! Wait...that's not from that movie. Damn, this comment is all over the place - more mixed metaphors than an infinitely long roller-coaster full of monkeys trying to shill their updated script for Julius Caesar (with @ned as Caesar and @dan as Brutus).
Now I just need to focus for the next round. So much going on just in the bubble of steemit alone. But what is to be done, eh?
oh shoot, i dont have tear buds

Actually I just finished my post on why philosophers are funny, I'm sure you will agree: https://steemit.com/comedyopenmic/@nobyeni/a-list-of-why-philosophers-think-they-are-funny-comedyopenmic-round-9
It's my philosophy to disagree with philosophers about what's funny
