Colourful Moroccan Make-Up
The souks, Moroccan markets, are colourful in every corner: Piles of spices are stocked tightly upon tables; Just one metre to the left, colourful dresses are hanging from the ceiling of an improvised stall; Next door a vendor is trying to get a tourist to pay sky-high prices for hand-made pottery decorated with beautiful patterns and colours. But most colourful of all are the pigments used for make-up and henna-tattoos. Expect to see some extensive photo posts about the markets of Fez and Marrakech soon!

Funny i just posted a photo about my lamp I bought in essaouira, morocco just a few mins ago :D Im sure you got lost in the souks ;)
Haha, what a coincidence! I just left Essaouira yesterday, but unluckily the weather was cloudy and rainy during my stay there. Loved it anyways! And of course I am always getting lost in the souks, but that's part of the fun!
So are those the pigments used in henna tattoos in the photograph @jpphotography? I thought henna was just one colour. 😊
I think Henna is a plant, but they often mix it with other pigments to achieve different colours
Ah. I did not know that @jpphotography, I'm learning so much here. 😊
