Most often pumpkin is used as a sweet filling.
Pumpkin is a filler in pies and bakery products.
I like to cook pumpkin with salt and pepper!
The recipe is simple.
Fry the pumpkin in vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. After the pumpkin was toasted until crisp. Add the parsley and pour the sour cream sauce. We keep it under the lid for a couple of minutes.

Very original! I like sweet pumpkin with cinnamon, but salt and pepper and a little butter is also good.
