Color Challenge - Friday Blue: Under the Ocean with Rose
Meet the geogeous Rose - Cebu based model (previous Top 100 sexiest filipina) doing an underwater shoot with me earlier last year in Pescador Island, Moalboal, Cebu in the Philippines.
I had 3 models organised in this multiday shoot moving between Oslob and Moalboal which was a lot of fun and also technically challenging.
We rented out a boat for the day to visit a number of sites - Pescador Island, turtle sanctuary, sardine run for our shoots involving dresses, fabrics and mermaid tails.
This was shot using 5DmIII with 16-35mm f4L IS and Ikelite housing.

Underwater model shoots is a self funded personal creative art project I do for the sake of creating art and also challenging myself technically to improve as a photographer. Aside from being extremely challenging in all aspects its also one of the most expensive and high risk due to cost of equipment, chance of equipment damage that insurance PDS here state they won't insure, safety for myself and the model/team. Always great to get some feedback, support or help finding sponsorship/clients to keep these personal projects alive.
Im new to Steemit and like your underwater photography very much. Its very feminine and creative. I have tried to give you a good mark.

We also got plenty of mermaid shots in these waters but I seem to have more of a preference for dress shots for some reason.
